Terms & Conditions - Personalised Prints

1. General & Opening Hours

Yellow Blossom Designs Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions before placing a order. We also reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice. The information provided on this website is subject to change in the future. All prices are inclusive of VAT. 

We are open Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm. We do not work weekends or bank holidays. All orders are will receive a invoice within 1 working day.

2. Designing Process

This process takes between 1-2 working days (Excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays). You will be sent an electronic proof which must be confirmed before printing takes place. All orders are printed to meet your requirements and once the electronic proof has been approved we will not accept responsibility of any typo or grammar errors on the final print. Please ensure you check all spelling before giving the go ahead for printing to commence.

On the order form we ask if you have a preference to how your order should be designed on the print (Ie Landscape, Portrait, Bunting/Crown to be added, in the shape of a house or the number 20 etc). If you change your mind on the layout once we have started your order there will be a 10 charge to cover the re-designing time. Only minor changes are free of charge - these include: colour alterations, wording changes or swapping words around only.


3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 - Cancelling before your proof preview

If you would like to cancel your order after payment has been sent, please contact us as soon as possible. If no work has been started on your order then we will happily give you a full refund.  

3.2 - Cancelling after your proof preview

If you wish to cancel your order after we have designed and completed the setting of your order (i.e re-wording of the design, adding images and changes to colours or layout). Then we cannot offer a full refund. We will offer a refund for the frame only and the print work will not be refunded to cover our time spent on your order.

3.3 - Cancelling after printing

We are unable to offer a refund after your order has been approved and printed. All orders are printed to meet your requirements. Thus, cancellations will not be considered after you have given the OK to print your order.


4. Refund Policy

Once the proof has been approved we will not accept responsibility of any typo or grammar errors on the final print. Please ensure you check all spelling before giving the go ahead for printing to commence.


5. Postage / Collection

Orders are dispatched AFTER the electronic proof has been agreed; this is usually within 2-3 working days. Orders will not be dispatched until approval is received for the electroinc proof.

You the customer are responsible for providing accurate postal information and we cannot accept responsibility for the lost of orders if you fail to provide the correct address when making payment. If the incorrect address is provided further charges will apply to resend your order.

Postage pricing is within the UK mainland only - England, Wales and Scotland only. Please contact us for a price outside of these areas.

Collection times are in 30 minutes time slots only. Failure to arrive within the 30 minute time slot allocated will result in another collection time needing to be arranged.

Any problems with your print or frame upon arrival must be report to us within 3 working days from receipt.


6. Private Policy

Yellow Blossom Designs Ltd does not sell or exchange names or any other information about its customers.

We own the right to display and advertise any prints we create.
